One of the most versatile fitness and rehabilitation tools available the FitBALL SeatingDisc can be used as a standard balance disc on the floor or as an Active Sitting cushion that fits in most chairs. The thinner profile of the discs side prevents circulation issues caused by regular balance discs when used for Active Sitting.
