The Plyo-Blast Trainer breaks away when hit or landed upon. It uses a bar that is supported from one side by a spring that lets the bar bend all the way to the floor. The bar itself is constructed of a highly flexible PVC material that can bend more than 90 degrees when landed on. Adjustable from 6_x001d_-28_x001d_ for various ages and skill levels.
