Diameter and vary in width depending on the weight of each plate. These bumpers plates are made out of high quality solid virgin rubber. The virgin rubber produces a tougher material that creates a reduced bounce for easier control. This rubber also allows for the smooth finish look on the outside of the plate. The several inches of rubber cover a centralized stainless steel disk. This steel disk ensures the stability and durability of the plates.
