Only at Optp the “emerald green” Franklin Textured Ball Set sports a new design and texture that activate the relaxation reflexes of the muscles.
Designed to facilitate the exercises of the Franklin Method. Balls are the ideal density and size for relaxation exercises of the neck jaw elbow hip and more. Franklin Balls come inflated but needle inflating pump is required to adjust firmness (sold separately). People with known sensitivities may want to consider using the (orange) Smooth Franklin Ball Set when performing the Franklin Method exercises.
